Ideas for Supporting Your Children's Wellbeing:
Talk openly about feelings and mental health.
Maintain a healthy diet, keep active and get enough sleep.
Keep learning together. Try something new or discover an old interest. Learning or developing a skill will build confidence.
Take notice. Be curious. Catch sight of the beautiful. Remark on the unusual. Notice the changing seasons. Savour the moment, whether you are walking to school, eating dinner or visiting friends/family. Be aware of the world around you and what you are feeling.
Think about screen time and phone usage for both you and your child. When we disconnect from our screens we have the perfect opportunity to reconnect with each other.
