Visits for Prospective Parents for 2019 Admissions

 

 

2018/19 Visits. 

You and your child are welcome to visit the school on the following dates and times: (please check back here before your visit in case, under exceptional circumstances, a date has to be changed.  Dates may also be added according to demand)

If none of these dates and times are suitable please email bursar@wellfield.lancs.sch.uk with a selection of dates and times that are convenient and we will put on  extra dates.

 

Tuesday 25th September 2018 at 9.30am

Tuesday 16th October 2018 at 2.30pm

Wednesday 31st October at 2.30pm

Monday 12th November at 11am

Wednesday 21st November 2018 at 6.00pm (please note this date has changed from 14th)

Thursday 10th January 2019 at 9.30am

 

During the visit you will have the opportunity to speak with the Headteacher, Mrs Pay and take a tour of the school

NB THERE IS NO NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR INTENTION TO ATTEND - JUST TURN UP AT THE TIME SPECIFIED.

If you would like to put your child's name on our 'waiting' list you need to complete an Expression of Interest Form and either email or post back to school.  This will mean that when it is time to apply for a place at primary school (the year before your child is due to start) we will write to you and tell you how to apply and also invite you to our open evening/day.

You must complete the Common application form at www.lancashire.gov.uk (then search 'school admissions')  in order to apply for a place at Wellfield Church School.  Please also complete the  Diocesan Supplementary form below if you wish to be considered for a place under faith grounds and return to school between September 2018 and 15th January 2019.
