Lesson 1:

Today I would like you to finish gathering information and details about a significant person, this week we are going to create a full biography together and then you can do one independently.

Here are a few examples of people you can research;

Mary Anning (1799-1847); Charles Darwin (1809-1882); Alfred Wallace (1823-1913).

Marcus Rashford

Greta Thunberg

Malala Yousafzai

Using the biography template from last week think about the key information you will want to include.

Lesson 2:

We are going to start our shared write today, I have included a WAGOLL for Mary Anning below and we are going to be creating a class biography on Charles Darwin. If you have started doing one on a different famous person that's fine you can do that for your independent write.

I will put on our shared write photos once we have done them.

Lesson 3:

As today is Remembrance Day we are having a whole day focus on the theme 'Who was to blame for WW1'

In English I would like you to go through the PPT and or the video and learn about WW1. Once you have done this there are a range of different activities that you can complete to show your understanding.

Lesson 4:

We are going to complete our shared write today, again I have included a WAGOLL for Mary Anning below and we are going to be creating a class biography on Charles Darwin. If you have started doing one on a different famous person that's fine you can do that for your independent write.

I will put on our shared write photos once we have done them.

Lesson 5:

Toady will be your extended write of the biography on your own famous person. If you need to do some more research before hand to add any information please do that before you start writing.
