English

For the start of the autumn term, we have been working towards innovating our own Hickory Dickory Dock rhyme. There has been lots of oral practice, segmenting and blending of key words, playing oral string games, and constructing group innovated rhymes. We will finish off our Poetry, Song and Rhyme topic off on 24-25.09.20.

W.B 28.09.20- 09.10.20, we will be exploring The Magic Paintbrush story which will involve us participating in lots of different and fun English activities. This requires you and your child to watch the daily links for the English National Academy- these videos can be paused at any time and they instruct you of what learning you need to do before and after the video lesson.

Please ensure you email your child's daily English email to the class email address- thank yousmiley
